Translating your book into a foreign market

This day will come before I know it. I know I want my books translated, but I don’t know Spanish, or French, and my German is rusty. How do you do it and who do you trust?

I am hopeful that by the time I get to this stage in my writing career that I will have a huge NY publishing company backing me and just handling this for me. But, in case I need a plan B … 🙂
